The short version: you stay in charge of your ad accounts and your money. bidwarden proposes; it only changes things within limits you set, and it logs everything it does.
1Agreement
These terms are an agreement between you and Zeenko, which operates bidwarden at bidwarden.app. By using bidwarden you accept them. If you use it for a business, you accept them on that business’s behalf and confirm you’re authorised to.
2What bidwarden does
bidwarden reads your website, researches your market, proposes ad campaigns, and — once you connect an ad account — monitors performance and recommends or makes changes within limits you set.
bidwarden is in early access. Features change, and some figures are estimates; where a number is modelled rather than measured, we label it. We may add, change or remove features at any time.
3Who can use it
You must be at least 18, and you may only connect ad, analytics and Search Console accounts that you own or are authorised to manage. You’re responsible for everything done through your access to bidwarden.
4Your ad accounts and your money
You stay the advertiser. Your ad accounts, and the contracts behind them, remain between you and Google or Meta. You pay them directly for your ads, and you’re responsible for all ad spend in your accounts.
Changes happen only as you allow. bidwarden starts with automatic changes off and dry-run on: changes are validated with the ad platform and then discarded. If you turn automatic changes on, you authorise bidwarden to change your accounts within your guardrail settings — for example how far a budget or bid may move, how many changes a day, and which campaigns are off-limits. Changes you apply by hand are made on your instruction.
Review what runs. We record every change in an audit log, and most budget and bid changes can be reversed from it. You should still check your accounts regularly. Ad platforms may also take time to reflect a change, or spend beyond a daily budget on some days, as their own terms allow.
No guaranteed results. Cost estimates, forecasts and recommendations are our best judgement, not promises. We don’t guarantee clicks, conversions, revenue, or any return on ad spend.
5AI-generated content
bidwarden uses AI to write ads, draw images, and analyse your accounts. AI can be wrong. Before an ad runs, check that its claims are true, that you have the right to say them, and that it complies with the law and the ad platform’s policies — you are the advertiser, and you are responsible for your ads.
As between you and us, you own the ad copy and images we generate for you, and may use them however you like. Similar output may be generated for others.
6Your content
You keep all rights to your website content, account data and anything else you give us. You grant us a limited licence to use it only to provide bidwarden to you, as described in our Privacy Policy.
7Acceptable use
Don’t use bidwarden to:
- advertise anything illegal, deceptive, or prohibited by the ad platform’s policies;
- access ad accounts, or read websites, that you aren’t authorised to;
- disrupt, overload or probe the security of the service;
- copy, resell, scrape or reverse-engineer bidwarden, except as the law expressly allows.
8Google, Meta and other platforms
Your use of Google Ads, Search Console and Meta is also governed by their own terms and policies. Those platforms can change their products, APIs or policies, or restrict an account, and that may affect what bidwarden can do. We aren’t responsible for their decisions, including ad disapprovals and account suspensions.
9Fees
bidwarden is free during early access. If we introduce paid plans, we’ll tell you the price before you’re charged anything, and you can choose not to continue.
10Ending your use
You can stop using bidwarden at any time: disconnect your accounts in Settings and, if you want your data removed, email privacy@bidwarden.app. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms, if an ad platform requires it, or to protect the service or other users — where we reasonably can, we’ll tell you first.
11Disclaimers
To the extent the law allows, bidwarden is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We don’t promise the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any recommendation is right for your business.
12Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Zeenko is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data or goodwill — including ad spend, whether or not a change was made by bidwarden.
Our total liability for any claim relating to bidwarden is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or US$100.
Some places don’t allow these limits, so they may not all apply to you.
13Indemnity
You’ll defend and compensate Zeenko against third-party claims arising from your ads, your content, or your breach of these terms or the law.
14Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you and we consent to their jurisdiction. Nothing here takes away rights you have under the consumer-protection laws of where you live.
15Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We’ll change the date at the top, and tell you in advance of any material change. Continuing to use bidwarden after a change takes effect means you accept it.
